Allen Eaton

Allen Roy John Eaton, Sr., 61, of Seneca, KS passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at his home in Seneca.

Allen was born June 20th, 1948 in Boston, MA on of five children born to Albert Sr. and Alice Eaton. Allen's family moved to Sabetha, KS when he was 2 yrs old. He spent most of his life in the Sabetha area and attended Sabetha schools.

Allen married Frances Fox on November 5th, 1971 in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of their home in Seneca.

Allen enjoyed working on cars, and enjoyed family get togethers. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his father Albert H. Eaton Sr.

Survivors include his mother Alice Eaton, Hiawatha, KS; two sons, Allen Jr. and his wife Rita, Adam Eaton, one daughter Crissy Winkler and her husband Jim all of Seneca, KS; four grandchildren, Angela, Adam and Abby Winkler and Helen Eaton, all of Seneca, KS; one brother Albert Eaton Jr. and his wife Fran of Titusville, Florida; three sisters Alice Day and husband Mike of Fairview, KS, Ann Asani of Winfield, Illinois and Amy Monday of Searcy Arkansas; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 10:30 AM. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Stella Cemetery, Stella Nebraska. Father Arul Carasala will celebrate the Memorial Mass. Memorials are being left to a scholarship fund that will be set up for Allen's grandchildren.
