Anne K. Wertenberger, 55, of Sabetha, Kansas, died on Monday, May 25, 2026, at her home in Sabetha, surrounded by family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the NorthRidge Church in Sabetha. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the NorthRidge Church from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The interment will be in the Wild Rose Cemetery south of Dawson, Nebraska. Memorial contributions are suggested to KIF1A.ORG, a global community dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by KIF1A Associated Neurological Disorder (KAND), and to the NorthRidge Church, sent in care of Popkess Mortuary, 823 Virginia Street, Sabetha, Kansas 66534.
