Bonnie Puvogel

B onnie L. Puvogel, 81 of Sabetha died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Sabetha Manor. Bonnie was born on May 21, 1933 the daughter of Harry and Ida Fugua at Hannibal, Missouri. She grew up in the Hannibal area and attended and graduated from Hannibal High School. She was united in marriage to Walter Puvogel on January 1, 1963. They attended the First Baptist Church in Fairview. Bonnie enjoyed the outdoors and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lori Puvogel; a half-brother, William Black; a sister, Vivian. She is survived by her husband, Walter of Sabetha; two daughters, Teresa Plank of Owasso, Oklahoma and Lisa Werth of Topeka; two sons, John Dopp of Topeka and David Dopp of Lyndon, Kansas and 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Friday, November 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sabetha Cemetery. A visitation will be from 1:00 to service time at the Popkess Mortuary Chapel in Sabetha. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association sent in care of the Popkess Mortuary 823 Virginia Sabetha, Kansas 66534.
