Dean Louis Bruning, 83, of Robinson, Kansas passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at the Sabetha Community Hospital.
He was born on October 28, 1927, the son of Irvin Louis Bruning and Lydia (Pape) Bruning at Robinson, Kansas. Dean was a retired farmer and cattleman. He was a graduate of Robinson High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Dean was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John Bruning and Herbert Bruning.
Dean is survived by a daughter, Sandy Binning and her husband, Jerry of McDonald, Kansas; two sons, Tony Bruning and his wife, Anna of Sabetha, Kansas and Mike Bruning and his wife, Rose of Robinson, Kansas and 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Dean was cremated and a private family inurnment will be at a later date and time. Popkess Mortuary in Sabetha is in charge of arrangements.
