Donna M. Terry

Donna M. Terry, 82, of Sabetha, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the Apostolic Christian Home in Sabetha.

Donna was born on November 4, 1941 to Lawrence and Frances (Garber) Saale.  Donna married Patrick “Pat” Terry on April 8, 1974 in Chillicothe, Missouri.  In 2007, Donna and Pat moved to Sabetha so they could be closer to their family.  Earlier this year, they celebrated their 49^th wedding anniversary.    

Donna was a member the Rosie Oldie Red Hat group in Sabetha for many years.  She also attended the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sabetha as long as her health allowed. 

Donna cherished the times when her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren would come to her home to visit.  She loved her family and cherished the time that she spent with them.  Her favorite times were when everyone was home and they were all together sharing stories, memories, and laughter.    

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Bob Bloodworth on May 16, 2009; and her two sisters.   

Donna is survived by her husband, Patrick; her daughter, Debby (Alvin) Thompson of Sabetha; her two grandsons, Jeff (Laura) Thompson of Sabetha and Adam Thompson of Merriam, Kansas; and her two great-granddaughters, Ava and Olivia Thompson.   

Donna’s wish was to be cremated.  A private family service and inurnment will be held at a later date.
