D orothy J. (Drevo) Jilek died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Sabetha Manor in Sabetha, Kansas. She was born March 26, 1926 to James and Fannie (Vaverka) Drevo near Crete, Nebraska.
Preceded in death by her parents; 12 brothers and sisters; two sons, Bernard Brandt and Frederick Brandt. She is survived by sons, Allen and Bonnie Brandt, Charles and Lois Brandt, Daniel Brandt and special friend, Becky Schafer and Emery Brandt and special friend, Deanna Kobes, 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral service will be Friday, May 3, 2013 at the Fairview United Church of Christ at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 to service time on Friday. The interment will be made in the Isely Cemetery north of Fairview. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview United Church of Christ sent in care of the Popkess Mortuary, 823 Virginia Sabetha, Kansas 66534.
