James Boyles
December 3, 1945 — June 4, 2008
James "Jim" Boyles, 62, of Sabetha died Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at the Apostolic Christian Home where he resided since April 2006.
He was born in Topeka on December 3, 1945 to Marvin and Viola (Ford) Boyles.
Jim was an avid outdoorsman.
His parents and stepfather, George Walter preceded him in death.
Jim is survived by son, Jay Boyles and fiance Dawn Newman of Hiawatha; three daughters, Angie Russell and husband Jay of Sabetha, Terri Butrick and husband Larry of White Cloud and Michelle Moore of Wichita; sister, Beverly Knotts of Fairmont, WV; brother, Marvin "Butch" Boyles of Eskridge, KS; five grandchildren, Dyllon Butrick, Isaac, Kellen and Mariah Russell and Payton Trosclair.
A visitation will be held from 6:30-7:30pm, Friday, June 6th at the Popkess Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral service will be 10:00am Saturday also at the chapel. Burial will follow at Albany Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Apostolic Christian Home in care of the funeral home.
