J ames Brian Orr, 50, was born on November 13, 1962, in Fairfax, Virginia and died on November 8, 2013 in Warrenton, Virginia after a brief illness.
His parent George and Jeananne Orr; a daughter, Olivia; a sister, Barbara Payne (Joshua) and three nieces, Lauren, Karrington and Ava Payne survive.
A visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2013 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Popkess Mortuary Chapel in Sabetha. In lieu of flowers the American Heart Association or the Sabetha E.M.S. sent in care of the funeral home.
