Lila Gaddis

Lila L. Gaddis, 72, of Topeka, died Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in a Topeka nursing home.
Lila was born June 3, 1940 in Centralia, Kansas the daughter of Wayne and Evelyn (Stowell) Reinhart. She graduated from Vermillion High School in 1958. Lila was united in marriage to Ed Gaddis on April 4, 1961 in Vermillion, Kansas. She worked as a secretary for the Stumbo and Stumbo Law Firm and later for Washburn University Law School.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Gaddis; two sons, Troy Gaddis of Phoenix, Arizona and Todd Gaddis (Brandi) of Valley Center, Kansas; two grandchildren, Landon and Taylor Gaddis; and two sisters, Connie Hoke of Manhattan, Kansas and Lola Nightengale of Topeka, Kansas.
Memorial service will be Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vermillion Christian Church in Vermillion. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time at the church.
