Lillian Whitten

L illian (Morehead) Whitten, 94, of Falls City, Nebraska passed away Saturday, March 21, 2020.

Lillian was born June 18, 1925 in Shubert, Nebraska the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Morehead. She attended and graduated from Shubert High School. Lillian was united in marriage to Dearle B. Whitten on November 28, 1942.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years; her parents; her sister, Nadine; her three brothers, Donald in infancy, Marvin and Vincel.

Lillian is survived by her son, Dr.Terry Whitten and his wife, Georgia Litterell; her granddaughter, Traci Ayres and husband Dave; and three little great granddaughters, Lily, Lexi, and Lydia, and also nieces and nephews.

Private family graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the Maple Cemetery in Salem, Nebraska.
