Mildred is survived by her seven children, Sharon S. Eddy, Cheryl L. West, Ruby L. Collins, Charles R. Collins, Jr., Billy J. Collins, Albert A. Smith, and Stephanie R. Burger; a sister, Margaret Rose Strong; a step daughter, Becky Humphreys.  She leaves behind nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.  She also helped raise many other children along the way, whom she considered her kids.
