Morris Molineux

November 23, 1911 — December 18, 2007

Morris Molineux, aged 96, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at the Apostolic Christian Home in Sabetha, Kansas.

Mr. Molineux was born November 23, 1911 in Goff, Kansas the second son of Alfred W. Molinuex and Josie M. (Tomlinson) Molineux. He grew up on a farm near Goff, and attended Goff public schools; graduating from high school with the class of 1929.

Morris and Phyllis Pendleton were married on April 20, 1938 in Seneca, Kansas. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 1998.

Mr. Molineux was a farmer and a stockman in Nemaha and Jackson counties, and operated a "grade A dairy". He was an active member of several farm organizations.

In 1973 he retired from farming and moved to Wetmore, where he built a house, supervised rental properties, and did appliance repairs.

In 1995 he and his wife moved to Sabetha to the Apostolic Christian Retirement Village.

Morris is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Rex Molineux and Alfred Molinuex; one nephew, Charles Molineux.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Molinuex of Sabetha and three nephews, Douglas Molinuex of Prairie Village, Kansas, Berry Molinuex of Lawrence, Kansas and Alfred Molinuex of Union Gape, Washington.

Mr. Molineux will be cremated, with inurnment in the Fairview Cemetery in Goff at a later date.

A memorial service will be December 29, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. at the lounge in the north village of the Apostolic Christian Apartments.
