O tto P. Hallier, 81, of Vermillion, Kansas passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013.
Funeral service is Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church of Onaga. The family will greet friends one hour prior to service time at the church. Memorial contributions may be left to the Topeka Rescue Mission, sent in care of the Hayes-Popkess Funeral Home, 814 Castle, Seneca, KS 66538. A full obituary to follow.
