P atrick Joseph Althouse, 58 of Sabetha died on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in Topeka, Kansas. He was born the son of E. Arnold Althouse and Mary Ann (Eisenbarth) Althouse on January 15, 1955 at Axtell, Kansas. He attended Sabetha schools and Sabetha High School. He joined the Army National Guard in 1973 and later served in the U.S. Army in Germany.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Hogarth; two sons, Jacob Althouse and Louis Althouse; three brothers, Mike Althouse, Ed Althouse and Tim Althouse; three sisters, Janet Boehmer, Joyce Boeckman and Jennifer Althouse.
Memorial service will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Popkess Mortuary Chapel in Sabetha. Family will meet one hour before service time. The inurnment will be made in the Albany Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be made to a charity yet to be designated.
