Robin Campbell

R obbie L. Campbell, 54, of Hiawatha, Kansas passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, Kansas surrounded by her family.
She was born on August 30, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert Dodson and Verina Ann McNicholas. She spent most of her life in Chicago, Illinois until she moved to Kansas in the 1980’s when she married Ronald L. Campbell. To this marriage were two daughters born, Ashley N. Campbell and Latisha L. Campbell. She worked for Koch and Company for 10 years in Seneca, Kansas.
Preceding her in death are her daughter, Ashley Campbell and her nephew, Josh Dodson.
Survivors include daughter, Latisha Campbell, 25 of Hiawatha, Kansas; two grandsons, Noah Lemons, 8 and Jaxx Humphrey, 2 of Hiawatha, Kansas; her mother, Verina McNicholas of Illinois; her father, Robert Dodson of Illinois; her brother, Tom Dodson and sister, Theresa Dodson of Illinois; and her boyfriend, Mel Shaffer of Hiawatha, Kansas.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 1, 2016 at Popkess Mortuary Chapel in Sabetha at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Donations are welcome and can be sent to her daughter Latisha Campbell at 502 Pottawatomie St. Hiawatha, Kansas 66434.
