Ryan Broxterman

October 19, 1991 — December 6, 2014

R yan Broxterman, 23, of Sabetha passed away Saturday, December 6, 2014.

Ryan was born on October 19, 1991 to his mother, Susan in Amarillo, TX.  His dad, Kevin, came into his life when he was 6 years old.  Ryan was the youngest of four children.  He lived in Amarillo until 2000 when the family moved to Sabetha.

He was the typical baby of the family.  When he was in the 3rd grade the family moved to Sabetha, KS.  He made friends immediately.  He LOVED fishing and basically anything else that he could get dirty doing.  Ryan had a huge heart and was a friend to anyone who needed it.  He was extremely giving and thought of others before himself. Even since he was a little boy, he was outgoing and always up for an adventure.

In 2003, he became an uncle for the first time to Hadley Argabright and then again in 2007 to Ryder Argabright.  Ryan had always loved babies but these two were the absolute loves of his life.  He has a new nephew coming in March that he already loved.  We know Ryan is already giving his new nephew all sorts of advice and loving him now in Heaven before we get to meet him.  Ryan may have left this physical world but we know he will be looking over these children their entire life.

He left behind many family members who will miss him every single day until they meet again in Heaven.  Parents, Kevin and Susan Broxterman of the home; sisters, Megan Argabright and husband, Philip of Sabetha and Kirbie Dodd and husband, Ryan of Dallas, Texas; a brother, Austin Broxterman of Dallas, Texas; niece, Hadley Argabright of Sabetha; nephew, Ryder Argabright of Sabetha; a soon to be nephew, Baby Boy Dodd; grandparents, Glen and Gladys Gearhart of Sabetha and Dick and Sharon Broxterman of Sabetha and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sabetha.  Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Popkess Mortuary.  Memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral expenses sent in care of the funeral home.

Ryan,

I will love you forever....I will like you for always...as long as I'm living...my baby you'll be.

Love Mom
